Payment
We use Stripe and SumUp secure servers for your purchases.
Your purchaseWhilst every effort is made to ensure colours and items displayed online are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur due to the hand-made, fresh and seasonal nature of our work.
Bouquets - we make every effort to ensure that the flowers we send are a close representation of the design seen however as we work with seasonal fresh flowers and foliage we cannot always guarantee that the ones in the photo will be in stock. We therefore reserve the right to substitute any flowers seen in the bouquet at our own discretion.
All plants in the photograph are a fair representation of the plant we will send, however we will not be sending the exact plant in the photographs so it will not look exactly the same. You should also expect that whilst we make every effort to pack the plants carefully, some of the leaves / foliage may arrive slightly damaged or with imperfections.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and supply us with photographic evidence of how your order was received and its packaging so that we can rectify any problems you may have.
Gift Vouchers - these are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
